000.020 - You know what I saw...
Here I was returning from a nice walk around the perimeter and into the Emptiness, and what do my scanners tell me once I enter the building?

That you are playing with what I need! Tut-tut, that is not very nice, my dear. I know you have 'history' with him. And I can even understand the kind of enmity that makes one act irrational or even rational. But what you are doing at the moment seems quite detrimental to the game... and my plans.

Kill or hurt my human too much and you'll have to answer to me. You really do not want to know what I'm capable of.

I promise you I'm not killing him. I have too many plans to kill him..or even to maim him beyond repair. He came here with the intention of killing me, and he snuck in here himself knowing full well I may have a plan for attack. I believe I have the right to defend myself and get revenge for that.

And, yes, I have a history with him..and I must say I find you calling him 'your' human a bit offensive to tell you the truth. I'm possessive as well, and I claim him as mine. I've known him for much longer, and how I feel toward him runs deeper than I believe even I understand. It's a very deep hate..deep enough to be...I don't really understand it, and I don't wish to discuss it either until I do. And maybe not even after that.

So, I'd prefer you tell me just what it is you're planning. I have not been privy to the information, and if you tell me, I'll try to make sure he can at least walk normally afterwards, I may even be as gentle as possible.

Also, the fact of the matter is that, if you plan to hurt me in any way that I would not be capable of killing L later..I will kill him now. Since I'm very sure Lucifer isn't really going to supply me with a Death Note like he promised..my main reason for even going along with this is the chance to truly get rid of L after slow torture. If I kill L now, I have no other reason to stay here. Understand that.

As you already know about the little 'excursion' into the beautiful lands of Asgard, I do not think you need more information. Why I may need dear L's services is between him and I.

I do not understand why you are so offended by my using of the word 'my' to describe our friend. In my home it is custom to refer to each other like this once the other party has seen one's face. I would probabyl refer to you like such as well, but I do not remember ever meeting you face to face. Or do you?

It seems to me that you really need to refine your defintion of hate. To me it seems like a bad case of obsession crossed with a mighty dose of infatuation. Wasn't it one of your human poets who said 'The border between love and hate is very thin'?

But if I terminated you now, you wouldn't even have a chance to harming L. Don't you see that your argument is a illogical?

My argument is logical due to the fact that I'd make sure I killed him before you could stop me. If you truly choose to interrupt, understand I will take his life in my own hands. Hell, it's already set up to make killing him easy.

Well, know that it's not a custom for us to refer to each other as 'my' anything in any sense like you did. Know that You should not call him your human around me...as it shows possession of my one true rival. And I do not like it.

Who are you to tell me of what feelings I have toward L? I hate him. I may be obsessed with him, but it's not an 'infatuation' as you call it.

And, yes, I know of you wanting to get into Asgard as planned...but know L will never trust anyone. The only person he ever truly trusted from what I could tell was Watari. I'd suggest finding a different person in Asgard to try and trick into being friends.

Are you sure you are fast enough to kill him before I get my hands on you? I don't think you know where exactly in the building I am at the moment. I could be in front of your door at the moment. Or maybe I am already inside your room. Some of my kind are capable of turning themselves 'invisible', you know.

Do you think that because you do not like something it changes my behaviour? You are not my commanding officer and as such you have no power over me.

What was the saying you humans use? 'The lady doth protest too much'.

Who gave you the idea that it was L whom I'll try to manipulate into friendship? Inspriring conversation can also be had between enemies.

((OOC: L-player will, soon, be unable to have regular contact with the internet like she does now. So, I would advise getting a different person to talk to, just for the sake of not being too far behind the others))

L would be least likely to talk about what he's been doing with other people around his teammates. Like I said, he trusts no one. That includes his team. You can be sure of that.

And, no matter how much more power you have, I can ensure you that my desire for revenge against L is far more. I want to torture him as much as possible before I finally decide to kill him. That is my main reason for even being here right now. I am quite certain Lucifer will most likely not hold up his end of the bargain...so, yes, L is my main reason for even participating in this war of sorts. I'm sure you probably don't see any real reason for me to be here, and I may seem useless to you, but I am working on some plans for the upcoming trials you may find interesting.

Just don't interfere in my plans and I'll be sure to help you improve any of yours you may have..or suggest new plans.

This 'distrust' is exactly what I like about L. Trust should be earned, not given or expected due to manipulation.

For a species that believes in 'revenge is best served cold' you are putting quite a lot of pepper on it. Patience is what makes a torture elegant, but it seems you have no taste for style and elegance. Pity, that.

I am not interfering with your plans, I am merely having a nice chat with a boy who believes himself a god. Thus it is my sad duty to inform you that I do not take advice from gods.

[OOC: Huh? *is confused* Are you talking about yourself or Lex? Because at the moment I'm talking to you.]

((OOC: I'm just being messenger to tell you that L-Player is soon not going to have regular access to the internet. Just suggesting you might want to think of a different human to gain trust from))

Believe it or not, I was being patient. Kind of hard to be patient when the person comes in and tries to poison you, though. Perfect opportunity just served up to me on a plate, pretty much.

Well, considering how it sounds, you are one of the few on our team to have friendly chatter with L...You wouldn't happen to be the one to have given him my room number in the first place, would you? This, therefore, is pretty much your fault.

Don't take my advice. Do what you wish. Just know that I want my revenge and you interfering right now would probably not end pretty.

[OOC: Ah, ok. Sorry about not understanding. Must have been the language barrier, or whatever you call the thing that lets a non-native speaker sometimes not get the message. Anyway, thanks for telling me.]

I admit, it was a perfect opportunity. Hasty and sloppy, but perfect nonetheless.

Why is it my fault that your nemesis decided to try out a new way to make kebap? If I wanted to harm you, I would be more subtle and not allow an angry avenger to walk into the lion's pit. Where is the style in that?

Are you sure you would be able to go through with it? Are you absolutely sure that you could stand the world without? I once came to learn, and quite painfully by the way, that an enemy is often closer to one's heart than a lover's soul.

I am not saying that you tried to attack me through him, I'm saying you got him in this situation by giving him all the information he needed. So, for someone trying to keep him out of situations that may 'mess up' your plans, you sure did contribute to this situation a nice amount.

Exactly why I would only kill him so soon if my life were truly in a situation that could not end well. He is the only reason I'm here, and if he's gone, there is no more point.

I may have been a contributing factor to the situation. I can freely admit that, but that does not mean that I gave him the idea. As I said before, L already did know about your whereabouts. And in our talks I only enjoyed his interesting conversation. There was no mention of what is to happen with you. I didn't ask and he wouldn't have answered.

You two seem to get some strange kind of perverse amusement out of your vendetta. Like I said before, it reminds me of the 'beloved enemy' syndrome. You would not be able to find comfort in your life if the other half of your war were to be terminated.

Thant kind of emptiness does not make dying easier. It makes you live longer, and you with your illuminating personality do not seem to want to be alive.
